NINON SIDE : labeller to apply adhesive labels on flat sided containers

Linear labeling machine for the application of self adhesive labels on one or both sides of flat sided containers, compatible with a wide range of products : cartons, boxes, cases, cans, jerry cans….
The type of conveyor is chosen according to the type of product to be labelled .

GENERAL FEATURES

A conveyor (depending on the applicAtion : belt conveyor, acetal slat band conveyor, stainless steel slat band, rubber slat band ) built on a stainless steel frame, mobile with wheels, or built on feet adjustable in height .

A label applicator adjustable up and side wise built on one side of the conveyor

A second label applicator adjustable up and side wise built on the other side of the conveyor if required.

Output speed of the label regulated through frequency variators, according to the version : between 10 and 16 m/min or 20 and 32 m/min.

Detection of the product according to the application.

Drive of the machine through digital display screen.
