STICK 25 : independent label applicator

The STICK 25 is a single label dispenser that can easily be integrated into various environments to apply labels onto diverse passing objects.

GENERAL FEATURES

Single label dispenser to be installed on an existing packaging line

Speed of the label output : between 10 and 16 or 20 and 32 meters a minute according to the model.

The motor is driven by a frequency variator to synchronise the speed of the label spending with the speed of the conveyor.

The product detection cell is integrated in the head

A stand, adjustable upwards and sideward to install the dispenser on the packaging line

OR

A mobile stand, built on wheels, with height and width regulation, so the labeling head can be moved from one line to another.
