Linear labelling machine to apply a label on top of a cylindrical product ( possibility of a warranty seal ) and up to three on its side.
Type of conveyor adapted to the type of products to be labeled.

GENERAL FEATURES

Motorized conveyor built on a stainless steel frame, either mobile on wheels or steady on adjustable feet, and with a product selection system according to option.

One label applicator adjustable in height to apply a label on the passing product.

Labelling speed : between 10 and 30 meters/minute according to option

Detection of the product either by induction or optical sensor

One labelling station including up to three label dispensers to apply labels on the side of the cylindrical product, each of them built on a motorized guided lift to adjust the height of the label on the container. Piloting of the machine through a digital display.

Production capacity : for wrap around labelling : between 1 500 and 2 500 containers per hour, max 1 800 in positioning mode with a warranty seal.
