K-Line S Automatic linear filler with self-cleaning system and pressurized tank

The K-Line S is an automatic dosing and filling machine capable of handling different types of liquids. It can indeed fills any type of product: fluid, foaming, thick or pasty viscosities.

Depending on the viscosity of your products to be filled, it will be equipped with the right pump. Set up with a magnetic or mass flow meter, this machine is equipped with a pressurized tank that is appreciated for its self-cleaning system.

Very precise, the K-Line S ensures the automatic centering of the products and can count from 2 to 8 filling nozzles (immersion nozzles available as an option for foaming products) for  a rate of filling up to 2500 litres per hour.

Loyal to CDA DNA, this automatic filler is easy to use, with an intuitive touch screen for its settings. Its frame is made of 304L stainless steel.

The K-Line S can be used independently or integrated into a complete packaging line (comprising a labeller and an automatic screw-capper).
