The piston pump trolley offered by CDA is a pumping system for high-density products. Several piston capacities are possible to adapt to the dose and capacity needed.

This mobile trolley benefits from high dosing accuracy and can be adapted to the monoblocks and the filling machines such as : 

• The K-Net (semi-automatic filling machine),
• The K-Net Auto (automatic filling machine),
• The K-Line S (automatic linear filler).

This volumetric dosing system is ideal for food products, but also for cosmetics, such as skin care creams or soap. It can reach a speed of up to 50 products per minute depending on the size of the products and the product to be filled.

The piston pump can also be delivered independently. But it can also be complemented by a labeller :

• from the “Semi Auto Range“,
• from the “Solo Range” for an automatic machine (applying a single label),
• from the “Ninon Range” for an automatic machine (applying several labels).
